The terms and conditions stated below are applicable to all students.
By engaging in tuition you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated herein unless you notify the tutor otherwise either verbally or in writing.
Costs and payment
Unless otherwise agreed with the student lessons are taught in blocks of six. Payment of the six lessons is required at the first lesson. The student will be asked during lesson five if they wish to sign up for a further six lessons, if they do then full payment for the next six lesson block should be brought to the sixth lesson. Tuition prices are subject to annual review where one month's notice will be given in the event of any changes.
Cancellation procedure
Cancellations may be made by phone, text or email no later than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice you must make the cancellation as soon as possible by phone.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
From time to time students, and even the tutor, will need to skip lessons for reasons such as holidays, etc. Sufficient notice must be given by both parties if this is the case.
If the tutor receives sufficient notice on cancelled lessons they can be offered to other students.
